It could only be a typo error, have you double check if you don’t copy/pasta any spacebar at the begining or at the end of the passphrase?
Have you write it down or did you copy paste the passphrase during the setup of the wallet?
Your Passphrase consists of 12 words or are you missing a word? Are you sure that you copied the correct passphrase without any additional Space before after or inbetween the words and the Phrase in General?
You need to type in the correct passphrae, otherwise you won’t have access to your wallet. Some other user also said, that he restarted his computer and that solved the Problem (even if I dont know why it should, but you can try out everything)
Is your network connected and healthy? The client will have to download your transactions and balance from the blockchain. That will not work without an internet connection and connection to Ark nodes.
I transferred my wallet to a new PC, I select the option import wallet and put the phrase phase and my address starts appearing but with the balance zero . what I have to do in order to fix it, plz advice…
Very strange. Try to reinstall your wallet and do it again.
I just checked, on two PC, everything has to work.
Hey Bioly, first time attempting to “tether” to a pool and from reading this guide, I think I have connected correctly but am not positive. I have hundreds of confirmations for my vote for you as a delegate in my transactions tab and the box next to your name in the votes tab on my ark client. Under the watch-only address section on your name, I see a green check next to delegate. In the open delegate monitor, I also see my ark address under the voters tab for your pool. Does this mean I am tethered to your pool and will receive a payout once i reach the minimum amount of ark for a payout every three days? Just want to confirm I did it correctly. Thank you!

I am not sure what you are saying ! But if you have a problem with your transaction submit a message with your transaction details(TXID) at: firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from our technical staff will help you !
Please verify if your transaction is recorded on Lisk blockchain (here: https://explorer.lisk.io/), if its not then you must submit a ticket to polo and ask why is it showing completed on poloinex and not recorded on Lisk blockchain !
