Currently it costs 1 Ark to vote/unvote for an Ark Delegate and only 1 address can vote for 1 delegate at a time.
If you want to vote for multiple delegates, you will need multiple Ark Wallets.
Your Ark Wallet balance determines your voting weight. 1 Ark = 1 Vote.
Say you have 1000 Ark balance, this means that your Ark voting weight would be 1000 Ark.
There are only 51 Ark Delegates that can actively forge. Some are private but most are public pools. I would recommend reading through Ark Delegate proposals to view and determine which each delegate offers in return for your vote. Here is a list of Delegate proposals on the ARK.io Forum. Also, you can use profit sharing calculators to help give a rough estimate on expected payout.
Here’s a blog post from the ARK.io Medium page on the process of voting with the ARK Wallet.
I’d like to tell you about my delegate, which aims to grow ARK in the long-term, by running a targeted marketing campaign (paid advertising), using my skills in this area, with the goal of increasing the global reach of ARK to many more users, just like you.
It’s a new proposal, so it’s not in the Top 51 yet and therefore not able to actively forge/generate profit yet. But your early support would be really appreciated!
The key difference of the “ark.ads” delegate, over other delegates, is that it offers voters something far more important than just profit share - it offers the opportunity to incrementally increase the market capitalisation of ARK by increasing awareness and driving up demand/price (which ultimately benefits all of us).
