Once ark change the transaction fees, will you adjust your payout strategy? The 5 ark wait will no longer have the same benefit as the fees will be lower.

I have a question in regards to the running balance. You seem to be dropping down the delegate ranking. If you drop out of the top 51 will you be paying out everyone you owe from the forging you did while in the top 51?
